Description
onsemi is hiring an Entry-Level Lithography Engineer to support the manufacturing of 300mm silicon wafers for automotive and consumer applications. The role involves supporting lithography track processes and equipment, executing process experiments and DOE studies, analyzing process data, monitoring critical metrics, investigating process excursions, supporting lot disposition and manufacturing readiness, and contributing to yield and defect-reduction initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 0 to 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with semiconductor processing, cleanroom, and lithography experience preferred. The base salary range is $65,800 to $102,100, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
