Litigated Counter Fraud Handler at Davies

Davies is recruiting an NDA File Handler for its counter-fraud division to manage a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims from investigation through resolution. The role involves reviewing evidence, developing litigation strategies, working with insurers and fraud specialists, conducting investigations, identifying fraud trends, delivering client service, and maintaining case records and regulatory compliance. The position is based primarily at the Bolton Parklands Office, requires at least 35 hours per week, and is open to hybrid attendance of at least one day per week.
