Description
Checkr is hiring a Litigation & Employment Counsel to manage state and federal litigation, conduct investigations and discovery, advise outside counsel, counsel operations teams on compliance risk, and advise People and HR on employment matters. The role requires a JD and California bar admission, at least five years of substantive litigation experience including employment matters, and familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, criminal law, or international employment counseling. The position is based in one of Checkr’s hub locations and requires working from the office at least three days per week.
