Weintraub Tobin is hiring a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney for its Sacramento or San Francisco office. The role requires 2-6 years of complex general litigation experience, including dispositive motions, discovery, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation. The position is hybrid after 90 days with three days in office and up to two days remote. Candidates must have a J.D., active California State Bar membership, and strong research, writing, analytical, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills. Salary is $160,000 to $210,000 based on experience.
