Interactive Brokers is hiring a litigation attorney to join its General Counsel office in Greenwich, Connecticut; Chicago, Illinois; or Washington, District of Columbia. The role involves representing the firm in arbitrations and adversarial proceedings, coordinating with outside counsel, advising employees, drafting legal and account materials, and analyzing legal issues involving trading, anti-fraud controls, and cybersecurity. Applicants need at least seven years of post-J.D. litigation experience, trial or arbitration experience, bar admission, securities or broker-dealer knowledge, technology and AI-tool fluency, and strong communication and independent-working skills. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and offers a base salary of $250,000–$330,000 per year plus bonus, stock, and benefits.
