Gibson Dunn is hiring a Lead Litigation Paralegal to serve as a senior paralegal or litigation case manager for a top client on large, complex matters. The role manages litigation case files, discovery, trial and arbitration activities, deadlines, reporting, client communication, junior paralegal coordination, and trial logistics, while also supporting legal research, document preparation, and case-team collaboration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of litigation paralegal experience, proficiency with litigation and e-discovery tools, and availability for on-site work and travel. Compensation is $160,000–$200,000 annually, with health care, retirement, paid leave, insurance, flexible spending accounts, and discretionary bonuses.
