The role manages complex auto and general liability claims, including New York Labor Law, construction defect, premises, and third-party property damage matters; it involves coverage evaluation, claim investigation, reserving, settlement negotiation with attorneys, and coordination with policyholders, agents, defense counsel, experts, and service providers.
