KLDiscovery is hiring a remote Hosting Data Analyst/Litigation Support Analyst to support hosted e-discovery platforms and customer technical assistance. The role involves extracting, transforming, and loading data; creating databases and permissions; investigating client issues; managing account invitations and platform walkthroughs; and meeting internal service-level agreements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or at least three years of professional experience, strong Relativity and Microsoft Excel knowledge, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills.
