The Center for Reproductive Rights is hiring a full-time Litigation Fellow for a two-year fellowship beginning in Fall 2027. The Fellow will support the U.S. Litigation Unit in state and federal impact litigation, including drafting briefs and motions, conducting legal research, preparing memoranda, assisting with discovery and client compliance advice, monitoring intakes, citing pleadings, representing the Center at events, collaborating across the U.S. Division, and supervising legal interns. The position is based in New York City or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Compensation is $90,000 in the first year and $100,000 in the second year, with health, dental, vision, leave, and retirement benefits.
