Description
LEAP is hiring a Litigation Lawyer to bring practical New South Wales litigation expertise into its legal practice management product development process. The role collaborates with product managers, designers, engineers, clients, and other lawyers to design and prioritize litigation features, translate legal workflows and court processes into usable software, test functionality, support client training, gather feedback, and contribute to AI-assisted drafting and workflow improvements. The position requires at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in broad NSW litigation, ideally with some federal litigation exposure, plus strong drafting, legal judgment, and litigation procedure knowledge. LEAP prefers the person to be based in Sydney and offers flexible hybrid working.
