ICF Habitat is hiring a Litigation Manager for its North-East Territorial Directorate in Lille, France. The role handles litigation involving current and former tenants, including unpaid rent, neighborhood disturbances, and subletting; monitors arrears and case deadlines; recommends write-offs; oversees service providers; conducts statistical analyses; and prepares management reports. The position requires a law and litigation degree, at least three years of post-secondary education, significant similar experience, strong knowledge of rental and litigation legislation, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and ideally EXCLUSIF and IKOS GL. It is a full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract with compensation of €28,000 to €29,500 per year over 13.5 months, plus benefits.
