Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S. law firm with active civil litigation matters from intake through trial preparation. The fully remote role involves drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and correspondence; managing discovery and document production; coordinating depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials; preparing court filings and case materials; conducting legal and factual research; and maintaining organized digital case files. Candidates need at least five years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney, including two years of litigation paralegal experience in the United States, along with strong drafting, discovery, filing, case-management, and communication skills.
