Description
Wanta Thome PLC is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation statements, chronologies, deposition summaries, document indexes, and witness profiles; research procedural questions; lead client fact-gathering calls; monitor case risks and deadlines; and maintain matter status in case-management systems. The role requires at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or associate's degree, strong legal writing, and Microsoft 365 proficiency. Compensation is $28.00–$39.00 per hour, with performance bonuses and medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and commuter benefits. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central, with occasional flexibility, and the position may be remote, hybrid, or in-office in the United States.
