Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its fully in-office Tampa office. The role supports attorneys through case management, court-document review, discovery coordination, legal research, subpoena and exhibit preparation, trial materials, and contemporaneous billing. Candidates must have at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Paralegal status, and familiarity with personal injury cases; insurance defense and trial experience are preferred.
