Description
The Poultry Processing Worker handles live and raw poultry, including picking up birds, hanging them, inspecting them, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, and moving products. The role may require work in different departments, exposure to hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions, and the ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 40 pounds. Previous poultry production experience or food manufacturing experience is preferred, and English or Spanish reading and checklist-completion skills are required.
