Heartbeet Lifesharing in Hardwick, Vermont, is seeking a compassionate and patient Live-In Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene, providing physical and emotional support, creating social opportunities, promoting harmony, managing medical needs, participating in recreational activities, performing household chores like cooking and cleaning, and engaging in residential and vocational activities. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate teamwork capabilities, self-motivation, reliability, and a positive attitude towards working with individuals of varying abilities. While direct experience with intellectual disabilities is preferred, it is not mandatory.
