Description
The Live Operations Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls live-bird production and processing activities, including breeder and broiler production, hatcheries, feed mills, live haul, feed haul, and garage operations. The role manages Assistant Managers and/or Supervisors, oversees production quality and cost objectives, resolves conflicts, and serves as a liaison for processing and sales operations. It requires a related bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of directly related experience, poultry or grow-out operations experience, and Microsoft Office skills.
