Pilgrim’s is hiring a night-shift Live Receiving Supervisor, also identified as Production Supervisor - Live Receiving, at its Arcadia, Wisconsin poultry complex. The role leads live receiving operations and employee teams, overseeing safety, quality, training, sanitation, retention, budget, productivity, staffing, process improvement, and production performance. The position prefers a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience, requires supervisory and production problem-solving capability, basic computer skills, mechanical knowledge, and a Class A CDL or ability to obtain one within six months.
