Lived Experience Worker at Eastern Health Group

Eastern Health is hiring a Senior Lived Experience (Consumer) Peer Worker, Level 4, for a limited-term part-time role at Spectrum in Richmond. The position provides advanced peer support and specialist lived-experience expertise to consumers, multidisciplinary teams, and the broader service in the field of personality disorder and complex trauma. It contributes to recovery-oriented practice, service improvement, co-design, education, and the development of lived-experience initiatives, while maintaining autonomy, professional boundaries, and ethical practice. The role requires lived experience with personality disorder, at least two years of paid peer-support experience, relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, and completion of a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, IPS Basic Training, or an equivalent qualification.
