Description
The LLM Engineer (Data Generation) designs, generates, evaluates, and improves training data for next-generation generative AI models. The role analyzes model bottlenecks and failure cases, creates instruction, preference, reasoning, and domain-specific data, builds automated synthetic-data pipelines, and applies LLM-as-a-Judge, rule-based, human-feedback, and other evaluation methods. Candidates need at least three years of experience in LLMs, machine learning, or data generation, along with Python, data-processing, and LLM API or prompting experience.
