BCM Solutions is hiring an LLMOps Engineer to design, build, and operate pipelines for deploying, monitoring, evaluating, and tracing large language models; optimize inference performance and latency; integrate cloud AI services; monitor token usage and cloud costs; automate AI environments with Infrastructure as Code; and bridge AI software development with customer IT operations. The role requires strong LLMOps, cloud, DevOps, container orchestration, CI/CD, Terraform, and security knowledge, along with German and English language skills and an IT degree or comparable qualification. It is mostly remote with flexible work arrangements and occasional customer support in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg.
