Description
The LLYC Associate will serve for two years as part of the Laity Lodge Youth Camp team and the H. E. Butt Foundation Associates Program. The role focuses on building relationships with current and prospective summer staff through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring; preparing for summer camp through scheduling, ministry curriculum, staff training, activity preparation, and program ideas; and participating in professional, personal, and spiritual development to discern future calling and vocation.
