Description
The Clinical Social Worker provides individual and group services to adults with substance use and mental health disorders, develops and monitors treatment plans, conducts risk and crisis assessments, performs DSM diagnostic assessments, coordinates referrals, maintains clinical documentation, and participates in interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a master’s degree in social work or a related field, current and unrestricted New York LMSW licensure, and at least two years of relevant mental or behavioral health experience.
