Cape Breton University’s Mi’kmaq Studies and Unama’ki College are seeking L’nu sessional instructors to teach Mi’kmaw language, history, traditional governance, and related areas of Mi’kmaw knowledge. The role may involve on-campus or online courses in the fall or winter term, as well as in-community programs lasting four to eight weeks, with ongoing teaching needs anticipated over the next two years. Applicants should have a graduate degree in a relevant discipline or significant traditional, cultural, community-based, or professional knowledge, along with relevant teaching or subject-area expertise.
