P&S Transportation is hiring a Load Planner to schedule inbound trucks with available loads in the planning zone, manage customer relationships, communicate ETAs, coordinate with driver managers and sales, and support tendering and accurate billing. The role requires Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability; a bachelor's degree is preferred, while 1–3 years of transportation, operations, or safety experience is a plus. The position is described as a salary position with no guaranteed career progression.
