Description
The Loader operates in a non-durable goods manufacturing facility, loading and unloading materials and products, inspecting shipments, organizing storage areas, and coordinating with warehouse and production teams. The role requires physical stamina, reliable attendance, basic warehouse safety knowledge, and the ability to operate loading equipment; forklift certification and prior manufacturing or warehouse loading experience are preferred. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 pattern with off every other weekend.
