KLS Earthworks is hiring an experienced Loader Dozer Operator for its underground utilities team in a fast-paced civil construction environment. The role involves safely operating wheel loaders, loading and moving materials, supporting underground utility installation and maintenance, backfilling, grading, site cleanup, equipment inspections, and working safely around excavations, utilities, crews, and other equipment. Applicants need previous loader operating experience, a valid Class 5 driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors and overtime during the construction season.
