American Iron & Metal is hiring a Loader Operator for its Lévis, Quebec site, reporting to the Automotive Crushing Department Manager. The role involves preparing vehicle carcasses, operating a loader and crusher, loading crushed vehicles onto trucks, maintaining records, and performing equipment inspections and safety procedures. The position requires frequent travel to various worksites, may require occasional overnight stays, and is performed mainly outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Applicants must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license, have at least one year of heavy machinery operation experience, and may benefit from a vocational diploma in heavy equipment operation and a Class 1 driver’s license.
