Description
The Plant Maintenance Laborer is responsible for receiving, storing, and loading raw materials for production, operating front-end loaders, preparing equipment for plant startup, inspecting and maintaining plant equipment, keeping the yard and work area organized, and assisting with batching, truck-driver communications, and other plant duties. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license, loader operation experience and training, at least one year of plant maintenance laborer experience, general maintenance experience, and the ability to safely operate a front-end loader.
