Koch Fertilizer is hiring a Loader Operator for its Plant Operations team in Wever, Iowa. The role loads trucks and railcars with fertilizer products, operates heavy equipment and automated loading systems, coordinates with operations, maintenance, logistics, truck drivers, and rail personnel, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports safety and continuous improvement. The position works outdoors in all weather, requires periodic overtime, and follows a 12-hour 4-5-5 rotation. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform the physical work are required; heavy equipment, industrial or agricultural experience, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting experience are preferred.
