Pick Your Part is hiring a full-time Salvage Yard Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, car crushers, skid loaders, and forklifts; move and stage salvage vehicles; maintain yard grounds; update inventory systems; support dismantling and vehicle processing; and assist with dispatch, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires at least one year of experience, heavy equipment operations experience, some automotive background, basic technology competence, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $22.00 plus experience-based pay, with a $1,000 hiring bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
