Turner Mining is hiring a full-time, permanent Loader Operator in Hagerstown, Maryland to operate CAT 930 rubber-tire loaders and CAT 963 track loaders on high-activity civil construction and earthwork sites. The role includes material transport, truck loading, stockpile management, rough grading, site preparation, equipment inspections, and coordination with site crews. Candidates need at least two years of heavy loader or earthmoving equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and strong safety and communication skills; CAT equipment experience is preferred.
