Description
The Front-End Loader Operator drives, maneuvers, loads, and operates a front-end loader to move sand, stone, and other construction materials. The role includes basic equipment inspections, coordinating with crew members, reporting malfunctions, maintaining safety standards, and performing incidental construction-site duties. It requires outdoor work in all weather, long hours of physical activity, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally. Applicants must have three to five or more years of industry-related experience, with an emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges.
