Description
The Loader Operator uses a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around an IAA auction facility, loads and unloads trucks, inspects and maintains equipment, tracks vehicle and parts inventory, documents vehicle information, performs light improvements and maintenance, and assists visitors. The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork, customer-service orientation, and physical ability to work outdoors in all weather and handle heavy loads. Forklift or front-end loader operating experience and automotive or collision-repair experience are preferred but not required.
