Description
The Loader Operator uses a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the IAA facility, loads and unloads trucks, inspects and maintains equipment, tracks vehicle and parts inventory, documents vehicle information, performs light improvements and maintenance, and assists visitors. The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork, customer-service orientation, and physical ability to perform outdoor work involving lifting, bending, and operating heavy equipment. Candidates should live within 30–45 minutes of the Stouffville branch; forklift or front-end loader experience and automotive or collision-repair experience are preferred but not required.
