R+L Carriers is hiring an Outbound Operations Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at its Alexandria, Indiana service center. The full-time role covers driver and freight handler management, dock scheduling, safety compliance, freight-handling quality, LTL load dispatching, and other service-center duties. Candidates need basic leadership experience, strong organizational, communication, logistical, and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of the city and surrounding areas; prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.
