R+L Carriers is hiring an Outbound Loader Supervisor for its Otsego, Minnesota service center to manage dock and dispatch operations. The full-time second-shift role coordinates driver and freight-handler scheduling, ensures safety and freight-handling compliance, dispatches LTL loads, and supports the service center manager. Candidates need basic leadership experience, organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of the local area; prior LTL leadership experience is preferred. The position offers a yearly salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, available PTO, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
