R+L Carriers is hiring an Outbound Operations Supervisor for its Talmo, Georgia service center to manage dock and dispatch operations. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday with a 5:00 p.m. start time and pays $75,000-$82,000 based on experience. Responsibilities include managing drivers and freight handlers, coordinating dock operations and scheduling, ensuring safety and freight-handling compliance, and dispatching LTL loads. Candidates need basic leadership experience, strong organizational, communication, logistical, and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of the local area; prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.
