PSC Group is hiring a full-time Rail Loader – Switching Technician to perform railcar loading and switching duties in an industrial chemical environment. The role includes inspecting and weighing railcars, connecting loading hoses, planning railcar movements, operating trackmobiles or locomotives, and communicating with rail-team members, leadership, and customers. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, but a valid driver’s license or TWIC card may be required depending on the work location. The position requires regular on-site attendance, fluent English, and completion of drug, physical, and background checks, and is scheduled on a 12-hour rotating shift.
