Starbucks is hiring a Loader Technician for its Roasting Plant to load green coffee into cleaning and silo storage systems, monitor dust collection, coordinate roasting and logistics schedules, maintain inventory records, operate a forklift, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on loading and silo equipment, and support safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of production or distribution experience, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds, and knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
