ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Car Loader/Unloader at its St. Paul, Minnesota terminal. The role involves safely driving vehicles onto and off railcars, parking them in designated areas, conducting basic inspections, coordinating with team members and supervisors, and following safety procedures. The position requires a valid driver’s license, outdoor work, physical ability to lift 40 pounds overhead and climb railcars, availability for five days per week including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and successful background, physical, and drug screening. Starting pay is $24.58 per hour, with paid training, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
