The role loads trucks and railcars with fertilizer products, operates loading arms, hoses, valves, and mobile equipment, coordinates with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports safe and efficient shipping. It requires outdoor work in all weather, a 12-hour 4-5-5 rotation with periodic overtime, and a high school diploma or GED.
