The Loading Trainee assists with counting, measuring, weighing, inspecting, labeling, and loading products onto trailers in accordance with load diagrams and outbound shipment documents. The role works a 40+ hour, five-day first-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible weekend overtime, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a skills-based test, a background check, and a drug screen. The position pays $19.82 per hour and offers medical, dental, life, and 401(k) benefits.
