Kepak is hiring a Loading Bay Manager in Athleague, Co. Roscommon to oversee the safe, efficient, and timely loading and dispatch of beef carcasses and products. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role manages stock control, traceability, product quality, loading standards, H&S, hygiene, team training, attendance, and customer audit support. Beef or meat-processing experience is essential, while butchery, carcass handling, slaughtering, boning, or meat-production experience is advantageous; the position also offers pension, education support, referral and bike-to-work benefits, and long-service awards.
