The Loading Bay Supervisor will oversee the timely and efficient loading of luxury airline catering onto aircraft, verify truck and manifest accuracy, coordinate with Transport and Dispatch, ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety, and legal requirements, and report productivity and performance indicators. The role also involves managing team performance, development, and succession planning. Candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills, along with experience in a fast-paced transport and logistics or catering environment. The position pays £14.42 per hour and is based on-site.
