CherryLake, Inc. is hiring a Loading Crew Member to operate earth-moving equipment and load, unload, stage, and secure plant materials for interstate and intrastate deliveries. The role includes pulling orders, verifying accurate counts, building shipping holders, inspecting trailers, and maintaining nursery stock. It is a core year-round full-time position with Sunday-through-Thursday work starting at 2:00 p.m., with possible additional hours during peak times. The position requires at least one month of prior nursery, tree-farm, cultivation, harvesting, or installation experience, earth-moving equipment experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work involving lifting up to 75 pounds.
