Description
The Loading Dock Attendant coordinates residential move-in and move-out activities, including truck arrivals and departures, on-site mover scheduling, property protection, bulk-material pickups, garage inspections, vendor cleaning schedules, incident reporting, maintenance tickets, and FOB security checks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to assist with assigned tasks.
