Description
The Loading Dock Master manages all incoming and outgoing shipments for the complex, including mail, courier packages, furniture and food deliveries, vendor and contractor access, and the coordination of pickups and pallet disposal. The role records receiving information, processes purchase orders in SAP and Neopost Programming, monitors delivery schedules, handles client inquiries, and supports the Dock Hand. A high school diploma, shipper/receiver experience, organized attention to detail, and working-level Excel, SAP, and Word experience are required; forklift training is an asset.
