Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a full-time Loading, Shipping and Receiving Associate in Independence, Missouri. The role handles incoming and outgoing shipments, uses crating and packaging resources, operates forklifts and lifting equipment, monitors trailer loads, assists with inventory counts, and supports continuous improvement. The first shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with base pay starting at $19.00 per hour. Applicants need distribution or manufacturing experience, forklift operation ability, basic math and measuring skills, teamwork, and a high school diploma or GED; the position requires lifting up to 30 pounds and working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
