Description
The Loading Team Supervisor combines administrative coordination with hands-on supervision of a loading team. The role prepares and follows up on transport documents and schedules, directs loading activities on the work floor, monitors safety, quality, inventory, and operational efficiency, and collaborates with dispatch. Candidates need an A2 diploma or equivalent experience, computer proficiency, French and English communication skills, and a structured, independent working style; overhead-crane experience is advantageous but not required.
